Are you a non-profit or organization working in the Gender-Based Violence sector?

Join the FREE Transforming Workplace Approaches to GBV Train-the-Trainer Workshop hosted by the Manitoba Association of Women’s Shelters! This two-day training is designed specifically for frontline staff and community outreach workers in the GBV sector, equipping them with the tools to educate local businesses and organizations on recognizing, understanding, and addressing GBV in the workplace.

This invitation is for Frontline staff, including community outreach staff working within the GBV sector, who have the capacity to facilitate training sessions in their communities. Because this is a Train-the-Trainer format, there will be an emphasis on training individuals on “how to facilitate” a session on their own. Fortunately, the emphasis on “how to facilitate” provides attendees with transferable skills that can be used for training on other topics surrounding GBV as well.
